I was wondering if anyone could tell me if any company produces a stamp album or even album pages for the following countries: Congo/Zaire/Democratic Republic of Congo, Burundi, or Rwanda. Any information or suggestions would be appreciated.

There are some at Leuchtturm ("Lighthouse") - but you will have to take care that the album pages will not be more expensives than the stamps upon are...

Davo (www.davo.nl) has one album for Belgian Congo / Ruanda Urundi. One album with pages from 1886 through 1960 (Belgian Congo) and pages from 1916 through 1961 (Ruanda Urundi). They do not have albums for the Republic Congo from 1960, nor Zaire, nor Burundi, nor Rwanda that I know of.

Maybe you can try Leuchtturm (www.leuchtturm.comLink (http)). They have two Zaire albums: 1971-1984 and 1985-1997 but it is discontinued from then on. They also have a Belgian Congo album from 1960-1971. No Burundi nor Rwanda album.

Stanley Gibbons (shop.stanleygibbons.com) have albums for Burundi (3 volumes), Zaire (1 volume), Rwanda (3 volumes), ...

This is the first time I have seen Stanley Gibbons mentioned on here, and yet when I was a lad, it was absolutely synonymous with stamp collecting. And even now, I can't remember having ever seen any other stamp catalogue in England except Stanley Gibbons, usually the Simplified one for the world, or a more specialised one for the Commonwealth (formerly called the British Empire catalogue), or a small popular one for British stamps alone. But there do exist also detailed specialised Stanley Gibbons volumes for France and many other countries.

I'm afraid that the absence of Stanley Gibbons on delcampe is a measure of how it is has failed to capture the British market, not least because of the inadequacy of the categories it offers for Commonwealth stamps, and also for some of the coins that are collected in the UK.
