and i have a price, of sorts. according to the 2003 SG 1840-1952 SPECIALIZED catalog, the top 3 values for the 1913 issue, SG #14-6, are worth 600 GBP. so your stamp is valuable but i can't give an exact figure. you may find one here on delcampe and get an idea of the selling value. only this set of 'roos' had the speciment overprint and the catalog states there may be other values with it as well. hope this helps.

forgot that moniker was yours. been a while since cajun has been on the forum. are the 'skeeters showin' up there in the great white north? about the time for them. i lived in oscoda, mich for 4 1/2 years on lake huron at wurtsmith afb with my dad and family. cold in the winter, but super in the summer. great fishin' for a cajun boy. and swimmin' too. love to go back. have a great father's day weekend.
