Someone has just bid on one of my lots, I checked out his/her feedback, and found that in four months he has received 14 F/B - of which 1@100%, 2 @ Neutral, and 13 @ 0%
What a dreadful Record !
Surely this person should have been suspended before now.

What ever do donot send until you receive the money.Also tell them that you will send the item by Registered Post at there cost.
Lastly if the do not pay after 2 Reminders : Blacklist them ,Neg Feedback and finally claim back from Delcampe your Fees in the DISPUTE FORUM.Regards bdog

Delcampe Suspended this member after I pointed out their very bad record.
Then the person Registered again with a new name, (but the same address) they then bought a coin of mine, I have now e-mailed them 3 times with no reply. - another timewaster !
It seems to me that Delcampe should have some control in place to prevent members who had been suspended from coming back with a different name !

I had a buyer about 3 weeks ago with 94% FB....including 3 FULL pages of negs (from various sellers) in the last 3 weeks.

Sent a mail to delcampe..but this buyer is still buying and have not been suspended

At least I got my fees back.

Coinandstampman,Would be great if Delcampe produced a Forum of Suspended members including address .But at the same time I feel a customer will be giving me a few negatives even though I sent the items by registered post.If the stamps are really lost he will be refunded,but as usual it takes time and this member from Brazil has started to become impatient.
Sebastian should /can send remainders to bad members .

Well my buyer is now up to 76 negative in the last month and still going strong!!

I have relisted my stamps, I don't think I will ever be paid anyway.

I am in a sort of bind with one seller. Won 9 auctions, sent several emails, created disputes, finally gave negative feedback.

This seller still DOESN'T contact me, but rather gives me negative feedback and states that the items were sent today.

HEH!

It's been 2 months since I won the first few auctions from him / her, I can't tell by the name.

What's more is that I now have a 96% feedback and this seller still has 100%, despite the more than 9 negatives given.

Go figure...
