Some abbreviations I use in postcards description:

NM	Near Mint - as new, unused.
EX	Excellent - like new, slight age and/or handling wear
VF	Very Fine - some handling wear, slight corner and edge wear
G	Good - bigger handling wear, some small corner bumps and/or creases, some soiling
F	Fair - greased, worn, possible bigger creases and/or tears
PP	printed on real Photographic Paper
SD	Stamp Detached
PU	Postally Used
CB	Corner Bumps
